Luke started this business because being his own boss meant he could choose a life that works around what matters most: family. With two young kids, it was important for us to have the flexibility to be there for school drop-offs, sports days, and everyday moments—while still doing work that helps others. Luke also continues to work part-time as a support worker, which keeps him connected to the community and doing something else meaningful.

He’s also the biggest animal lover you’ll ever meet. You can guarantee that before any treatment is applied, he’ll be scanning for native wildlife—making sure they’re safely removed and out of harm’s way. That kind of care isn’t just part of the job for Luke—it’s who he is.

Gemma, with a background in disability services and management, helps run the admin side of things. So if Luke's out on a job and you call for a quote, chances are you’ll be chatting to her.
